Kristy Vanderwarker Marketing & Transactions Manager
Kristy Vanderwarker joined the Fickling & Company, Inc. organization in 2011 as a Commercial Sales & Marketing Assistant for the Commercial real estate division. Kristy has over 25 years’ experience in business administration and marketing, of which 12 have been within the commercial real estate industry. She is Fickling & Company’s research specialist and has assisted over 23 agents with multiple facets in both sales and leasing transactions. In 2017 she became Office Manager responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. In 4Q 2019, Kristy joined Human Resources as the Assistant Human Resources Director for Fickling & Company, Inc.
As Assistant HR Director, she is responsible for a broad range of Human Resources functions including verification of I-9 forms, responding to employee requests regarding human resources issues, company rules and regulations implementation & enforcement, various payroll functions, implementation of new hires and terminations, and other support activities. In her role as Commercial Marketing & Transactions Manager, Kristy provides Fickling & Company’s Commercial brokerage team with needed support, including support services to the executives of the firm. Her role of support varies in the areas of tenant representation, buyer representation, REO disposition, sales transactions, contract administration, and extensive research analysis services. One of Kristy’s responsibilities is to oversee and ensure all marketing and promotion of the brokerage services 300± listings, 23± agents, 2 staff, all events and activities to ensure corporate standards and corporate branding guidelines are followed. She has extensive experience in all aspects of administrative services, database management, marketing, and web-based marketing. Kristy has a high level of proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and related software. Additionally, she has extensive experience with social media/online marketing/email marketing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Constant Contact).
