CAREER SUMMARY
Ben Jones has nearly a decade of well rounded experience in many aspects of the real estate business. In the beginning of his career Ben focused almost exclusively on large timber tracts throughout the state of Georgia. In 2006, he made the transition into commercial sales & leasing. Since the transition, he has participated in the sales and/or leasing of land, office, retail and industrial space representing both landlord and tenant/buyer, including national and regional companies.
During the evolution of his career it has led him concentrate on commercial and development tracts. He is currently pursuing an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation. Many of Ben’s current projects focus on multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast. Additionally, Ben has completed commercial investment transactions in both income and non-income producing properties including offices, retail, multi-family and marina. Prior to joining Fickling & Company in 2005, Ben worked as an insurance underwriter and a claims adjuster for policies in several areas of the Southeast.
