Kate Carman joins Fickling Commercial Sales and Leasing with over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Middle Georgia. As a portfolio manager, she managed over 700,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial space with a steadfast approach to problem solving, attention to detail, and attentive communication style resulting in successful partnerships. In an accounting role, Kate processed and distributed rental income for the Property Management Division, and directed the corporate finance for a brokerage including payroll and sales transactions.
