Tommy Ricks III began his real estate career in 2013 with a live-in flip strategy fueled by PCS/relocations due to his military service. In 2018, he started a residential investment company with assets in Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Based on a desire to assist others on build intergenerational wealth, Tommy obtained his real estate license. He maintains and polishes his skills in negotiations, analyzing deals, and construction improvement management projects through his active real estate investing. His primary focus is multifamily and overall income-producing real estate. 

Prior to joining Fickling, Tommy completed 21 years of faithful service to the U.S. Army where he honed his skills in strategizing and risk mitigation. As a lifelong public servant, he volunteers several days a week with an 11,000-member national volunteer organization that has provided expert business mentorship to over 11 million entrepreneurs around the US and has helped over 2,000 in the Middle Georgia area. 

Tommy and his wife are both natives of Middle Georgia. After his military retirement, it was without debate that The Ricks family children would also be raised by the Middle Georgia community that helped raise them.
