Bill attended University of Georgia in 1978. He received his real estate sales license in 1998 and his broker’s license in 2001. Before a career change in 1998, he owned and operated a family farm and related businesses for twenty years.
During his 7 years in the real estate business with Fickling & Company, Bill has served in all categories of commercial real estate. He is currently responsible for marketing several high-profile development challenges and numerous commercial properties. He is also responsible for implementing the management of key properties as well as site search assignments for Fortune 500 companies.
