Ginny Wyatt CCIM General Commercial

Prior to twenty years in Commercial Real Estate, Ginny worked in commercial banking for thirteen years where she gained experience in analyzing virtually all categories of commercial real estate.   Also, her banking experience allowed her to develop valuable contacts in the middle Georgia business environment.  She received her real estate sales license in 1980 and brokers license in 1986 and is currently working toward CCIM designation.  She became a sales and leasing agent in 1987 and also has extensive experience in commercial property management.

Ginny has lived in Warner Robins since 1972 and has focused on the Warner Robins, Peach and Houston county commercial markets during her real estate career.  She joined Fickling & Company in 1998 as Director of Commercial Operations for Houston County.  She is currently responsible for the leasing of Shoppes at Bloomfield in Macon, Watson Central, Plantation Mill, Houston Crossing, and Galleria Square shopping centers in Warner Robins. In addition to approximately 200,000 square feet of office buildings.

Ginny is able to utilize her extensive real estate experience and business contacts to give her properties the maximum exposure in the market place.
