Ciara Hernandez joined Fickling and Company in 2016 as a Commercial Sales & Marketing Assistant for the Commercial real estate division.  In her role as sales and marketing assistant, Ciara gained considerable knowledge in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing, specifically in the office and retail industry.  Her skill set in marketing and research, as well as skills she honed as marketing and sales support to some of Fickling & Company’s top producers, made it a natural transition for her to move into transaction services in early 2017.   

 

Some of Ciara’s areas of expertise include market research, demographic analysis and creation of marketing collateral.  She is well versed in all aspects of social media marketing and understands today’s commercial real estate demands of gaining exposure through all social media outlets.

 

Under the mentorship of her business partner, Wendy Pierce, Ciara is specializing in commercial sales and leasing of office and retail product as well as tenant and buyer representation.  Her mentor has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transaction services, property management, and investment analysis.

 

Originally a Florida native, Ciara has fallen in love with the Middle Georgia area.  She is married and has 2 wonderful children and has made Middle Georgia her home.   She possess many qualities that make her a great addition to the commercial real estate industry including  her outgoing personality, extensive marketing background, sense  of community, and her desire to grow the real estate and business district of middle Georgia.  Ciara is an active member of Northway Church and is very involved with the Hispanic community of central Georgia.
